We’re Hiring: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (D2C – Home Furnishing & Decor) We’re building a next-generation D2C home furnishing & decor brand backed by a strong manufacturing base and an established export business to the EU & US. Now, we’re looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to help us scale this into a category-defining consumer brand. This is not just a role- It’s an opportunity to build, own, and lead. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end D2C journey — from brand strategy to execution Own revenue strategy, growth metrics, and business performance Drive product conceptualisation, category expansion, and go-to-market strategy Work closely with design and manufacturing to build differentiated products Anchor key business functions across marketing, operations, and sales Support and enhance our existing export (B2B) strategy through research and insights Act as a business leader, shaping the long-term vision and scaling roadmap Who We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a D2C brand (preferably home decor/furnishing) Strong understanding of consumer, product, and design sensibilities Proven experience in growth, strategy, and execution Prior founder/ ex-founder / entrepreneurial experience is a big plus Someone who thrives in 0→1 environments and takes full ownership High on initiative, accountability, and problem-solving Comfortable working across functions and driving outcomes Why This Role?
