Instructional Designer (Ai)

If you've built courses in Articulate Storyline or Rise, experimented with AI avatars or voice tools, and enjoy turning boring training into something people actually complete, this role is for you. At , we build AI-powered hiring and training systems. We're looking for someone who's worked in L&D/Training (1-3 years) and is hands-on with building digital learning experiences. What you'll do: → Design and build AI-powered training modules for client teams (sales, ops, frontline staff) → Create interactive simulations, roleplay scenarios, and assessments → Work with tools like Articulate, AI video generators, and LMS platforms → Turn SME knowledge into structured, engaging learning content You're a good fit if: → You've built courses end-to-end — not just storyboards, but actual working modules → You've used Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar tools → You experiment with AI tools to speed up content creation → You're comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team → You have worked with AI avatars or voice tools etc Location: Gurugram Experience: 1-3 years in Instructional Design, L&D, or Training Content Development
