The role involves shaping creative output across campaigns, social content, and digital storytelling while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content development, video storytelling, and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities - Lead and guide the creative team across campaigns, digital content, and special projects. - Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storytelling ideas for social and digital platforms. - Drive end-to-end creative execution including ideation, production, and final output. - Collaborate with account management and clients to align on briefs, expectations, and deliverables. - Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure all work is strategically strong, high quality, and aligned with brand goals. - Stay updated with platform trends and evolving digital content formats. Requirements - 6+ years of experience in creative, advertising, or digital agencies. - Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social content, and video storytelling. - Experience in scriptwriting, content development, and platform-native digital content. - Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage client relationships. - Strong understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and X. - Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
