Company: Digital Pepper Location: Remote Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Employment Type: Full time Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & skill) Joining : Immediate About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who doesn’t just “make things look good,” but understands branding, systems, consistency, and execution at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in agencies or fast-paced environments, understands both digital and print, and can confidently handle everything from brand visuals and packaging to motion graphics and marketing creatives. You’ll work closely with marketing strategists, content teams, and leadership to bring brands to life across platforms and formats. What You’ll Be Responsible For As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will: - Own and execute brand-consistent visual design across multiple brands and industries - Design high-quality digital assets including social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, and website creatives - Create print-ready designs such as packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and in-store material - Develop motion graphics and animations for reels, ads, YouTube, and brand storytelling - Interpret brand guidelines and translate strategy into visuals - Prepare final artwork files for print production with correct sizing, bleed, color profiles, and formats - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control What We’re Looking For This is a senior role, and we’re looking for someone who brings both skill and maturity.
