Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Ghaziabad .The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operation i, managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and healthcare standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining efficient workflows, managing schedules, handling facility management, addressing operational challenges and buisness development strategy end implemenataion and ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff alike. Qualifications - Proficiency in administrative tasks such as planning, organizing, and managing schedules - Ability to lead and support teams, and handle staff coordination and supervision - Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and facility management - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills - Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for administrative and operational tasks - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in an eye care facility, is a plus ```
