Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role within the Dispatch department at RSPL Group, based in Rewa. The primary responsibilities include managing the coordination and scheduling of shipments to ensure timely delivery. The role involves maintaining inventory records, liaising with logistics partners, troubleshooting any dispatch-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments to meet customer demands and uphold service excellence is a key component of the role. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing dispatch operations to align with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage inventory and shipment schedules Familiarity with logistics operations, dispatch systems, and supply chain management processes Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders Basic understanding of data entry and handling systems for accurate maintenance of records Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office, and the ability to adapt to dispatch software Degree or relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or related operations is advantageous Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to company policies and safety standards
