The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, generating quality leads, managing sales activities, and ensuring timely closure of sales. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set across digital marketing, sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue generation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue. · Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across online and offline platforms. · Generate leads through digital marketing channels and convert leads into successful sales closures. · Plan, run, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). · Manage website content and social media platforms to maintain a strong digital presence. · Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance reach and engagement. · Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships to drive sales growth. · Handle client interactions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. · Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. · Implement customer engagement and retention strategies to improve loyalty and long-term value. · Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. · Track marketing and sales performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvement plans.REQUIREMENTS · MBA (Regular) from a reputed university (Mandatory) · 0-1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing · Prior experience in the car rental industry is an advantage · Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and paid ad campaigns · Proven ability in lead generation and sales closure · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platformsInterested candidates can share their CVs at hr@
