The company also partners with charitable organizations to give back to society, providing education and empowerment to underprivileged groups.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi, India with strong growth potential. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and showcasing Kesari Home's luxury rug and home décor collections to potential customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored recommendations, and delivering exceptional service to create lasting customer connections. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in domestic markets.Responsibilities: Handle WhatsApp Business and Instagram inquiries from clients and customers. Converse confidently with leads and convert them into sales. Guide customers in selecting carpets and explain product details. Coordinate and arrange home trials to allow the customers to experience the rugs in person. Assist and accompany the team during home trials across Delhi NCR. Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.Qualifications Junior-level candidate. Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including building rapport and understanding customer needs. Willing to travel within Delhi NCR for home trials. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills. Presentable, proactive and comfortable interacting with high-end clients. Highly confident, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. Knowledge and interest in luxury home décor, rugs, and design. Previous sales experience in the luxury goods or interior design industry is preferred.
