The role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage high-volume as well as leadership hiring, and build a high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding - Build and manage a strong internal recruitment team and ensure effective hiring practices - Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent requirements - Drive hiring for mid to senior-level roles across departments including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and corporate functions - Develop strong employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent - Establish and maintain talent pipelines through networking, industry connections, and talent mapping - Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle - Work closely with HR leadership to align recruitment with broader HR and organizational strategies - Ensure compliance with hiring policies, industry standards, and best recruitment practices Key Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Expertise in strategic hiring, talent mapping, and workforce planning - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Proven ability to manage high-volume and leadership hiring simultaneously - Strong understanding of employer branding and modern recruitment tools - Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring analytics Preferred Background - Prior experience in theReal Estate, Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer-facing industrieswill be an added advantage - Experience in managing recruitment for large and fast-growing organizations
