We work with emerging and established brands to create marketing that is anything but average.We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can manage end-to-end digital marketing for Unaverage as well as our clients, with strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content, and growth strategies.Role OverviewThis role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance through paid media, organic growth strategies, and content marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing* Plan and manage paid campaigns across: - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Ads - YouTube Ads - LinkedIn Ads* Optimize campaigns for: - Leads - Conversions - ROAS - CAC* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting.* Scale campaigns based on performance insights.SEO & Organic Growth* Develop and execute SEO strategies for Unaverage and client websites.* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.* Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.* Improve organic traffic, search rankings, and website visibility.* Manage on-page and basic technical SEO.Content Marketing & Blogs* Plan and manage blog strategies to drive organic traffic.* Identify topics relevant to industry trends and target audiences.* Coordinate with writers and designers to produce high-quality content.* Ensure content is optimized for SEO and search visibility.PR & Brand Visibility* Identify PR opportunities for brand visibility.* Coordinate with PR platforms and publications.* Pitch stories, case studies, and insights to media outlets.* Build relationships with digital media platforms and industry publications.Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning* Develop digital marketing strategies for Unaverage and clients.* Plan marketing funnels: - Awareness - Consideration - Conversion* Identify the best marketing channels for each campaign.Analytics & Reporting* Track performance using tools like: - Google Analytics - Meta Ads Manager - Google Tag Manager - Search Console* Monitor key metrics like: - Traffic - Conversion rates - CAC - ROAS* Prepare monthly reports and performance insights.Collaboration* Work closely with: - Creative team - Influencer marketing team - Strategy team* Brief creative teams for performance-driven content and ads.Skills & QualificationsRequired* 2–5 years experience in digital marketing * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads * Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies * Experience managing blogs and content marketing * Familiarity with analytics tools and performance trackingGood to Have* Experience working with D2C brands or marketing agencies * Knowledge of PR and digital media outreach * Understanding of UGC and influencer-led campaignsKey Traits* Data-driven mindset * Strong analytical skills * Ability to multitask across multiple projects * Strong ownership and accountability * Curiosity for marketing trends and growth strategiesWhat You’ll Work On* Digital marketing for Unaverage * Campaigns for multiple brands and startups * Performance marketing and lead generation * Growth strategies for digital campaigns
