Position:Guest Relations Executive (Operations & Business Development Focus)Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactiveGuest Relations Executivewho combinesstrong operational expertisewithbusiness development acumen. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage day-to-day operations while actively contributing to lead generation and revenue growth. This role is crucial in maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction across our properties.Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Manage day-to-day operations efficiently to ensure seamless guest experiences. Address guest concerns effectively, bothpre-booking and post-booking, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. Overseeinventory managementfor all properties, ensuring furnishings, amenities, and supplies are well-stocked. Maintainproperty upkeepstandards, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and overall aesthetic appeal. Implement and monitorupkeep schedulesand regular property inspections. Supervise and coordinatehousekeeping staff, ensuring quality and efficiency. Ensure consistentquality controlacross guest rooms and common areas. Coordinaterepairs and maintenanceas needed to ensure operational continuity. Business Development & Revenue Initiatives Drivelead generationfor new properties/apartments. Assist inproperty acquisitionsby scouting nearby locations and generating local leads. Supportrevenue-enhancing activities, such as sending promotional emailers, building partnerships (e.G., hospitals, corporates), and developing new guest engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and process improvements. Vendor & Staff Coordination Manage and coordinate withsuppliers and vendorsto ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency. Assist instaff training, including hospitality practices such as meal or breakfast preparation support when needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, guest relations, or property management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic property management systems. A proactive, service-oriented, and ownership-driven attitude.
