The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project tracking, resource management, and CRM workflows.Key Responsibilities: Configure, support, and optimize theWorkday Projects / PSA module, including project setup, billing, and financial tracking. Manage and enhanceHubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, pipeline management, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Supportintegrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems. Monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational insights through dashboards and reports. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience withWorkday Projects (functional or techno-functional). Strong working knowledge ofHubSpot administration and configuration. Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools is preferred. Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise implementations or support environments. Exposure to reporting/analytics tools and process improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills Workday, HubSpot CRM, Integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
