The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in hotels and restaurant businesses. This role requires deep operational finance expertise within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Strategy Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and profitability Partner with leadership to drive financial performance Financial Operations Oversee end-to-end accounting, MIS, and financial reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management Cost Control & Profitability Drive cost optimization initiatives across hotel operations and F&B outlets Conduct outlet-wise and department-wise profitability analysis Implement strong financial controls and SOPs Compliance & Audit Ensure statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions Strengthen internal audit and risk management processes Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team Streamline processes and implement best financial practices Candidate Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 8+ years of experience in hotels and restaurants Strong knowledge of hospitality finance, cost structures, and revenue models Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability Compensation CTC up to 40 LPA
