We’re looking for a dynamic individual to manage content production end-to-end with a strong focus on performance, sales, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete content setup — lighting, camera, sound, and staging - Coordinate product displays and ensure shoot readiness - Oversee post-production workflows, including clips, edits, and BTS content - Drive sales-focused content strategies aligned with marketing objectives - Track and analyze post-performance data (sales, views, engagement) - Provide actionable insights to optimize future content performance - Collaborate with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align output Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of content that converts and drives engagement - Basic technical knowledge of filming setups and production tools - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment - Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or digital production - Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics into content strategies - Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication skills Timing: Rotational UK Shift (Get ready to go global!)
