Role Description We are looking for a Customer Support (Technical) professional to join our team full-time. The role involves assisting customers with product usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for our Shopify app users. You’ll work closely with our technical and product teams to resolve queries, document solutions, and contribute to product improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive and professional customer support via email or chat Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript integrations Guide users on app setup, configuration, and best practices Document common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency Collaborate with development and QA teams for bug reporting and feature feedback Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support Strong communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with helpdesk tools and CRM systems Preferred: Experience with Shopify or SaaS products Basic understanding of APIs and integrations Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users Work Details Type: Full-time Location: Remote / Bengaluru (Flexible) How to Apply Send your resume to with the subject line: Customer Support (Technical)
