Our services range from Catch-up & Clean-up bookkeeping to Full-cycle Accounting, Payroll, AR/AP Management, and Financial Reporting — tailored to meet each client’s unique business needs. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Cold Calling Intern / Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team targeting the US market . The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls , introducing our outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services , and setting appointments with potential clients for our Subject Matter Experts. This internship offers a clear path to a permanent role based on performance and results within a few months. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential businesses in the US to introduce our services. Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for appointment scheduling. Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve appointment and lead-generation targets. Maintain professionalism and consistency in call quality, communication, and follow-ups. Learn and adapt to sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and client engagement strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken English communication and listening skills. Confidence in phone-based conversations with US prospects. Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn end-to-end sales over time. Basic understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, or outsourcing (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
