Job Description : Senior Sales Counselor Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–8 Years Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 LPA + Incentives Work Schedule & Availability (Mandatory) This is a Crucial Split/Flexible Shift designed to cover international time zones. Candidates must be available and ready to work during the following work schedule: Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday is a fixed off ). About the Role As a Senior Admission Counselor , you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to engage with potential students over phone calls, understand their needs, explain our courses, and drive admissions through consultative selling . You will be making 80–100 calls daily , ensuring consistent follow-ups, and meeting monthly enrollment targets. This role is highly focused on sales conversion and achieving aggressive targets. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls (80–100 daily) to potential learners. Counsel prospective students on course options and help them make informed decisions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in the CRM system. Deliver an excellent customer experience by building trust and rapport. Requirements Experience & Skills Experience: 5–8 years in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in EdTech or high-volume call centers is a plus. Communication: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Language: Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory. Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability and resilience. Interested in long-term association with exciting growth opportunities. Excel, Microsoft Teams, and previous experience in a CRM platform
