You will manage inbound and outbound client calls, provide translation services for legal clients, and assist lawyers with their translation needs. Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle client calls, provide information on translation services, and reach out to prospective clients. Translation Services: Deliver accurate verbal and written translations of legal documents and communications in English, ensuring proper legal terminology. Client Case Updates: Keep clients informed about case progress, timelines, and translation updates. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for new clients and communicate details effectively. Who We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in sales or client support roles. Strong proficiency in Bengali and English (verbal & written). Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
