Co-Founder/Chief Marketing Officer

Company Description: Gibaedi Innovations LLP is a Mumbai-based start-up that aims to revolutionize the music industry through a comparative platform. Aimed at encouraging constructive dialogue and critical thinking, our edutainment product in music challenges the one-sided review columns and encourages listeners to distinguish the unique in the plural. We are looking for a driven and passionate partner/co-founder, who, as part of the startup’s executive team, will help establish the business and play a significant role in its initial launch and expansion. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Marketing and sales: Marketing the product through social media handles and usage of AI as and when required. Promoting and marketing the product and its vision to stakeholders for securing finances and/or to the target market as the case may be. 2) Fundraising: Playing a major role in securing the start-up’s funding as and when required. Education and Experience: Education: Degree in Mass Media/Communications (Bachelors or Masters) MBA or Masters in Marketing Experience: 3-5 years in digital and/or print media, communications, branding, social media marketing and management. Good to have: The ideal candidate would be a creative, street smart and dynamic individual with fine presentation skills, displaying maturity and flexibility in thought processes, responsibility and resilience over iterations and long term planning. Note: This is a pro-bono position at this point.
