Experience:4-7years Location: Chennai Role: MES Factory L2 Production Support Mode of working: Hybrid Level 2 Support Engineers are responsible for post-deployment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical coordination when factory operation solutions encounter issues in production environments. What a typical day looks like: 1. MES / Factory Applications - 4+ Years of Exp 2. Implementation / Deployment Experience 3. Good to have ERP & Quality Process understanding The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Monitor tickets logged through the Standard SNC model for the Flex factory ARCH applications Determine whether issues can be resolved via configuration changes or require deeper code fixes Mandatory Manufacturing plant industry experience Coordinate with Vendor Teams and communicate timelines to GCO and Site users. Investigate production logs, error traces, and user-reported symptoms Compile RCA reports and recommend preventive measures Document lessons learned, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides & ensure site users have access to them Feed defect trends and usability concerns back to Solution Managers and Solution Architects to shape future releases Support pilot deployments at 1–4 sites, including configuration, migration, testing and training of Manufacturing & Quality based applications Conduct end-to-end test runs & Integration tests for the sprint releases to validate the systems prior deployment Create deployment playbooks explaining step-by-step instructions to be considered as pre-deployment & deployment activities Note: Look for good communication and Attitude.
