Company Description S G Group has manufacturing units in Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Involved in Contract Manufacturing. Snacks Production & Hybrid Seed Processing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at S G Snacks India Pvt Ltd, Tamil Nadu, and S G Snack Food Pvt Ltd, Telangana, for locations in Hyderabad, Telangana and Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating production activities, managing production staff, maintaining equipment, monitoring product quality, and implementing continuous improvement processes. The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, reducing production costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing operations of Snacks and Seed Processing. Education in field of Food, Agri, Production with Diploma or Engineering will be value added though education is no barrier for deserving candidate. Ability to show ownership of the situation Ready to work in a remote environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Person with Integrity and Strong interpersonal skills
