Role & responsibilities : Implementing recovery objectives, managing legal processes, and fostering relationships with legal entities. Follow the legal recovery strategy and assist collections teams to enhance regional recovery efforts. Implement recovery objectives for active cases and maintain up-to-date legal MIS regularly. Maintaining proper tracker of the cases filed by the company against various legal proceedings Drafting legal notices, replies & various other legal communications Knowledge on various litigation procedures like : SARFAESI, SEC-138, Arbitration, executions & civil/criminal cases . Customer visits for stressed / chronic borrowers for legal recovery, execution of Sec14 required.
