Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Solution Architect) (Part-Time) Job Type: Contract Location: India (Remote) Experience Required: 10+ years About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Solution Architect) with 10–12 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Node.Js and React.Js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable architectures, driving technical decisions, and leading the end-to-end development of complex applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect full-stack applications using React.Js and Node.Js Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture. Ensure performance optimization, high availability, and fault-tolerant system design. Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and enforce development best practices. Integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based services effectively. Stay updated with emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10–12 years of overall experience in software development. Proven hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.Js, and Node.Js (Express/Nest.Js). Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL – e.G., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Excellent analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a solution architect or technical lead role. Exposure to serverless architecture, GraphQL, or modern cloud-native frameworks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
