Role Description We need an HR Specialist who isn’t afraid of a fast-paced environment and can keep up with the demands of a growing startup. You’ll be responsible for everything HR — from payroll to recruitment to performance management — and will directly support every department in the company. If you like being hands-on, solving problems on the go, and building structure where none exists yet, this role is for you. What You'll Do Own and manage payroll — accurate, timely, no excuses. Lead end-to-end recruitment: finding talent, running interviews, and onboarding new hires. Be the go-to person for employee relations — balancing people's needs with company goals. Run performance management cycles, feedback loops, and appraisal processes. Build HR processes that actually work for a lean, aggressive startup environment. Work closely with leadership to anticipate and meet workforce needs. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in HR with solid exposure to payroll, hiring, employee relations, and performance management. Someone who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments and can stay on their toes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, practical decisions. Excellent communication and people skills — you’ll be dealing with every team, every day. A self-starter who can bring structure but also adapt to constant change.
