Link to site: Key Responsibilities *Lead Generation and Prospecting-Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including networking, email campaigns, cold calling, through events and social media. *Research and identify potential clients. Consisting of Market Research and Competitors analysis. *Building and maintaining strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity. *Sales presentation and demos to potential clients showcasing companies’ development offerings. *Understand client needs and requirements to recommend their tailored needs that align with business goals. *Regular touch-base with client and address concerns throughout sales process. *Sales negotiation and closing – Negotiate price, terms and contracts to close deals and convert prospects into long-term client. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: · Graduate/Post Graduate MBA with more than 5 years of relevant experience. Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: · Lead the team of Executive RM’s. Preferable - knowledge of ETS / Spot rentals/Ad hoc/Disposal · Sales Reporting and documentation- Maintain teams progress sheet and take daily hurdles. · Communicate market insights to the team to assist in development of sales strategy. · Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly report towards targets and forecast to senior management. · Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ offerings and emerging technologies to identify new sales strategies. · Maintain CRM system to track leads, prospect and sales activities. · Collaborate with Marketing and Operations. · Ensure smooth transition in the team and work cohesive to ensure proposed solution and align with client expectation.
