Electrical Engineering Lead

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to head the design and engineering function for large-scale EPC projects in mission-critical and high-technology environments such as data centers . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in electrical systems design, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions on time and within quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to deliver high-quality, technically sound engineering solutions. Oversee the design and engineering of power distribution systems for mission-critical data centers, including medium and high voltage infrastructure . Ensure all designs comply with applicable local and international codes, standards, and best practices . Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate their applicability, and identify associated risks and commercial implications. Collaborate closely with Project Management and Controls teams to maintain adherence to project schedules and milestones. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration across all engineering disciplines. Work in partnership with Procurement, Contracts, and Construction teams to ensure timely availability of technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables. Engage with Engineering Consultants for technical inputs, design reviews, and approvals on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 18–25 years of relevant experience in design and engineering for EPC projects , particularly in data centers or similar high-technology facilities . Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems , power quality , redundancy , and reliability requirements of mission-critical environments. Proven leadership and team management capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.
