Cad Designer - Embroidery

CAD Designer – Embroidery (Kha-Kha Development) Location: Noida, Sector -2 Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years in luxury fashion/textile CAD or embroidery design Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled CAD Designer with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics to create high-level embroidery kha-kha designs for bridal and couture collections. This role demands innovation, precision, and a deep understanding of surface development for high-fashion garments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop intricate and production-ready embroidery kha-kha designs in CAD based on design concepts. - Interpret moodboards, sketches, and designer briefs into technically sound artwork. - Ensure embroidery placements, repeats, and scaling are aligned with garment construction. - Collaborate with the design team, masterjis, and karigars to translate digital designs into hand/machine embroidery. - Create mock-ups, detailing charts, thread and material references for sampling and production. - Maintain an organized archive of all CAD files, development sheets, and approvals. Requirements: - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator and other embroidery relevant software. - Solid understanding of Indian embroidery techniques—zardozi, resham, sequins, aari, etc. - Prior experience in bridal/couture embroidery design (minimum 2 years preferred). - Strong artistic and technical sense for textures, scale, and garment flow. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
