We are looking for a Dairy Agri Field Associate who will be responsible for the efficient & smooth functioning of all NITARA Projects. The successful applicant will work with and support the network development of dairy stakeholders (dairy farmers, service providers, dealers, stockists, etc). This post is designed to develop and deliver a wide range of initiatives that will increase usage of the technology through NITARA, hence making it a Data-Driven Dairy farming community, High degree of professionalism, Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude. Work Location:Hapur (UP) RESPONSIBILITIES : - Gather information on assigned clients (e.G. company size, needs and pricing plans). - Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan. - Provide after-sales support to retain customers. - Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries. - Build strong client relationships, through regular communication. - Report on the status of accounts. - Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) - Develop, train, deploy and monitor
