We’re Hiring: Studio Coordinator Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai Salary: Depends on interview performance Department: Studio Administration About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organized Studio Coordinator to manage daily studio operations. The role involves handling recordings, coordinating with faculty, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth studio functioning. Key Responsibilities Studio Management Oversee daily recording and live sessions. Coordinate with faculty regarding schedules and session requirements. Maintain a clean, prepared, and well-organized studio environment. Technical Support Operate basic camera, microphone, lighting, and system setups. Handle OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for recording and streaming support. Perform simple troubleshooting and report technical issues to the concerned team. Equipment & Infrastructure Upkeep Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at the start and end of the day. Maintain inventory of studio items and request replacements when required. Manage simple maintenance of AC, lighting, UPS, and cabling. Reports & Coordination Prepare daily and weekly studio usage reports. Coordinate with internal teams for studio bookings and technical support. Maintain accurate documentation of recordings and studio activity. Who Can Apply? 1–3 years of experience in studio operations or a similar role. Basic understanding of camera and audio setup. Must have knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
