Uiux Lead

UX Design Lead - India We are looking for an experienced UX Design Lead to join our team in India. In this role, you will lead and manage the UX design process from research through implementation. Responsibilities : - Lead the UX design process for digital products and services, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure UX solutions meet business goals - Conduct user research, including interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions - Create and maintain UX documentation including user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes - Oversee and mentor junior UX designers, providing feedback and direction - Clearly communicate design rationale and solutions to teams and stakeholders - Keep abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies, driving innovation - Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery according to plan Requirements: - 8+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products and services - Ability to lead UX projects from concept to launch, including planning, resourcing, and delivery - Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills - Experience mentoring and grooming other designers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma etc. - Knowledge of user research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting research - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
