Job Description Role Title: Founder's Office Intern – Strategy & Growth Company: Hireginie Talent Cloud Pvt Ltd Location: Remote (India) Working Hours: Flexible Duration: 6 Months, with a very strong potential for full-time leadership transition with lucrative Early Stocks + Cash Compensation Stipend: ₹15,000/month Full-Time Conversion: Committed minimum CTC of ₹5 LPA (Cash) + Early Stocks, with a fast-track path to the leadership team and increments proportionate to company growth. Look further only if you are a founder at heart, a risk-taker, and an entrepreneur in the making. About the Role This is not a typical internship. As a Founder's Office Intern – Finance & Growth, you will act as a co-pilot to the founder, managing core finance operations, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You’ll take ownership of everything from bookkeeping to FP&A while also shadowing the founder on growth, business strategy, and investor-related matters. If you thrive in ambiguity, love numbers, and want to help build a startup from the ground up, this is for you. Key Responsibilities Finance Operations: End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice management GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances as applicable Cash flow management and cost optimization tracking Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling Expense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systems Growth & Strategy: Shadow the founder in high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussions Support in market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives Create board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards Analyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI (or similar tools) Who We’re Looking For Btech/MBA or equivalent qualifications. Strong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.) Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with early-stage startup chaos Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to learn and grow rapidly Learning & Growth Opportunities Work directly with the founder on finance, growth, and strategy Deep exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, and scaling finance operations Hands-on learning in financial modeling, business strategy, and growth metrics Opportunity for fast-tracked leadership role with equity potential Evaluation Process We’re looking for a builder’s mindset and execution-first attitude.
