Summary: Soliton is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources to support and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, and drive HR efficiency. Position Overview: The Senior Executive – HR will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and value-driven HR processes across the organization. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance, and enhancing HR systems and policies in alignment with the company’s core values. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance support, and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless HR experience. Partner with business leaders and internal teams to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, maintaining consistency with organizational values and best practices. Streamline and maintain HR systems, databases, and HRMS platforms to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and frameworks across departments. Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks. Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making. Drive process improvements, HR automation, and data-driven initiatives to strengthen HR operational excellence. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational development and employee satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations . Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and data management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in process automation and HR analytics is a plus.
