We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. Job Summary The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing efforts. This role ensures procurement aligns with project budgets and schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement for construction and manufacturing industries, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in cost control. Key Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Supplier Management - Identify, evaluate, and qualify reliable suppliers/vendors. - Conduct negotiations to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality. - Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve conflicts effectively. - Prepare and maintain a Qualified Supplier List and Supplier Performance Reports. 2. Purchasing Operations - Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs based on project specifications. - Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure compliance with negotiated terms. - Track orders, follow up with vendors, and resolve any procurement issues. 3. Inventory & Material Management - Maintain accurate Inventory Logs and track material deliveries. - Reconcile deliveries with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. - Generate Stock & Usage Reports for effective inventory planning. 4. Budget & Cost Management - Ensure all purchases align with approved project budgets. - Regularly update Cost Tracking & Budget Compliance Reports. - Identify and implement cost-saving strategies. 5. Compliance & Documentation - Maintain procurement records for audits and reviews. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contract requirements. - Provide Regulatory Compliance Documents and Procurement Audit Reports. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, preferably in construction, manufacturing, and fabrication. Skills: - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. - Ability to analyze costs and optimize purchasing strategies. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
