About the Role Boldrocchi India Private Limited is a 20 year old subsidiary of Boldrocchi Italy, an industrial boutique offering rotating equipment (process fans, blowers & compressors), air pollution control equipment & plant (process bag filters, ESP, hybrid filter, conversion of ESP to bag filter, flue gas cleaning, high temperature filters, DeSox & DeNox system), process dampers, heat exchangers and decarbonization solution . The Company has year-on-year growth of 23% and eyeing 33% growth in current fiscal year . To the growth, Company is looking for “result oriented candidates with drive to get things done”. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Management Head to lead and oversee our India business operations. This role is pivotal in driving project success, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets through effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience- 15-20years in the field Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive sales revenue for the India business by managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project execution—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer contracts and purchase orders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, finance, and sales teams to align project goals and execution. Contract & Claims Management: Oversee contract compliance and ensure timely claims management and resolution. Customer Engagement: Represent the organization in customer meetings, fostering strong relationships and trust. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management processes, systems, and tools to support organizational strategy and efficiency. Strategic Problem Solving: Address wide-ranging project and contract issues with effective solutions and timely closures. Critical Task Execution: Take ownership of high-priority tasks that contribute to project and organizational success. Team Culture: Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that supports team growth and performance. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional industrial or engineering environment. Strong understanding of contract management and customer engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
