Civil Site In-Charge – Solar Ground Mounted Location: Karnataka Experience: 8 – 10 Years Qualification: B. Tech in Civil About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Site In-Charge to lead and supervise civil activities for our solar ground-mount projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience, quality management skills, and proven expertise in solar power plant construction. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage all civil activities at the solar project site. - Coordinate with the client to ensure timely and quality completion of civil work. - Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the site. - Conduct daily site inspections and maintain documentation of progress. - Report project updates to project management and resolve any on-site issues. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B. Tech Civil). - 8 –10 years of relevant experience in civil execution within solar power plant projects. - Strong knowledge of site management, quality control, and safety practices. - Good communication and coordination skills.
