Designation: Senior R&D Chemist Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2+ years Salary: - upto 7.8 LPA Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Senior R&D Chemist to lead and strengthen our in-house R&D function. The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals in organic chemistry, proven hands-on experience in process development, and the ability to drive innovation, quality improvement, and new product development within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead R&D activities for dyes, dye intermediates, Pigments and speciality chemicals. - Develop, optimise, and scale organic synthesis routes for new products. - Conduct literature surveys, design experiments, interpret analytical data, and maintain detailed documentation. - Collaborate with Production, QC, and Management to support plant trials and technology
