The Impact You’ll Drive Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Write compelling copy and visual briefs that power high-performing creatives Track campaign KPIs and budgets (up to ₹10 Cr), ensuring efficient delivery and ROI Run A/B tests, interpret metrics, and share actionable insights to scale performance Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and new formats to keep campaigns competitive Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to ensure campaign alignment and innovation What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in paid media campaign management Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics dashboards Exposure to GenAI tools for planning, copy generation, or performance benchmarking Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and funnel optimization A balance of data smarts and creative thinking Great communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance challenges on the go A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
