Join Chowgule Fiberglass Ships Pvt. Ltd. (CFSPL) — a leading Indian OEM in advanced composite boat manufacturing. As our Aftersales Manager , you’ll lead comprehensive post-delivery support for a fleet of high-performance vessels deployed across strategic coastal locations. You’ll manage site teams, ensure vessel uptime, and troubleshoot a range of onboard systems including propulsion, navigation, and communication equipment. What You’ll Do: Supervise site managers and service teams across multiple sites Ensure operational readiness and minimal downtime of deployed vessels Lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems onboard Coordinate spare parts inventory and logistics Maintain service documentation and performance reports Liaise with internal teams and vendors for technical support Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance You Bring: Marine/Mechanical Engineering background Strong grasp of electro-mechanical systems and boat operations Familiarity with classification society rules for high-speed craft (IRS/LR/DNV or similar) Experience in service management and multi-site coordination Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why CFSPL?
