Deputy Manager

Job Description Role: Deputy Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager Turbine MaintenanceLocation: Ratnagiri (JSW Energy Plant)Department: Turbine MaintenanceReports to: Section In-charge (Turbine Maintenance)/ HOD Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily, preventive & breakdown maintenance of BFP, CEP, Vacuum Pump, FGD Pumps, Chemical dosing system, Condenser, ACW & CCW system pumps & piping, PHE, Filtration systems, and TG area piping. Perform capital overhauling of Turbine and auxiliaries (210 MW and above). Manage anti-corrosive coatings in seawater application CW & ACW system pipes. Handle inventory and critical spare management. Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns/unplanned shutdowns. Inspect procured material, preservation schedule, and indigenization of spares. Prepare annual budget for spares, consumables, AMC & services; define scope of work. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain equipment cleanliness. Prepare reports Shutdown Report, PM checklist, Safety checklist, and Daily work reports. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 08 years in mechanical maintenance, engineering, project planning & execution (preferably in power plants).
