Key Responsibilities:Build, scale, and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for the assigned region.Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions to achieve business targets.Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and local channel partners.Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion rates.Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and support.Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.Desired Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance improvement.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.1–3 years in Modular Furniture sales / channel sales.
