Drive advocacy, conversations, and meaningful interactions among users and creators. Collaborate with product and growth teams to strengthen community-driven insights and feedback loops.Social Media Growth (Organic) Own growth strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Create, curate, and scale organic content that builds awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. Experiment with UGC campaigns, creator collaborations, and storytelling formats that resonate globally.SEO Manager Drive organic visibility and traffic through advanced SEO strategies. Own keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content scaling. Monitor and analyze organic performance to continuously optimize for growth.What We’re Looking For Proven track record of building communities, growing social channels, or driving organic/SEO success. Experience in high-growth startups or consumer-facing platforms. Deep understanding of digital culture, creators, and the latest trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize impact. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
