We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Support to manage critical EDI integrations and drive production support for global customers If you excel at troubleshooting, incident management, and leading support teams, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities: • Drive resolution of Sev-1 & Sev-2 incidents • Troubleshoot complex production issues & provide permanent fixes • Manage ticket prioritization & team coordination • Handle reprocessing during major incidents • Work on EDI maps & AS2/SFTP integrations • Mentor engineers and ensure customer satisfactionWhat we’re looking for: 5–8 years in EDI integration/supportStrong in ANSI X12 & EDIFACTExperience with XML, APIs & SQLHands-on with AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/sStrong analytical & communication skillsWhy join?
