The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensuring compliance with federal and state hiring standards. This position emphasizes creating strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to foster successful placements.QualificationsExperience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesProficiency in state and federal recruiting processes, with knowledge of compliance and regulationsStrong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsAbility to work in a remote environment and meet deadlines independentlyDemonstrated expertise in managing multiple roles and prioritizing tasksProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill hiring needsPrevious experience in IT or technical recruiting is a plus
