About the RoleBest NanoTech is seeking a Senior Recruiter – Semiconductor Talent Acquisition to join our rapidly growing talent acquisition team. This is a remote role designed for self-driven professionals passionate about building semiconductor India's future workforce. You will work directly with India's leading semiconductor companies, startups, and technology firms to identify, screen, and place top engineering talent across design, fabrication, VLSI, packaging, ATMP, and supply chain roles. This is not a transactional recruitment role—it's an opportunity to become a semiconductor industry expert while building a sustainable recruitment practice. You will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools, and directly impact India's semiconductor ecosystem expansion. This is an entrepreneurial role with performance-based compensation; your income scales with your ability to close placements and build your practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete hiring lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining supportActively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, industry databases, university networks, and direct outreachBuild and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles and emerging requirementsScreen candidates through phone/video interviews, assessing both technical capability and cultural alignmentAsk insightful, behavior-based questions to accurately evaluate candidate potential beyond resume credentialsMaintain strong relationships with hiring clients; provide regular pipeline updates and market insightsCommunicate candidate progress and feedback with clarity and professionalismCoordinate interviews and communicate outcomes with professionalism and timelinessLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for targeted sourcing, research, and InMail outreachQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related discipline) — mandatoryMaster's degree in Human Resources / HR Management — preferredMinimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferably in technical or engineering domain recruitment. Technical & Tool CompetencyProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional (sourcing, research, InMail, Analytics)Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Comfortable learning and adapting to new recruitment platforms and toolsMust HaveAbility to ask insightful, behavior-based questions that reveal candidate potential, motivation, and fitProactive in developing semiconductor industry knowledge and staying current with recruitment trends and toolsCreative approach to sourcing challenges; resourceful in filling niche or difficult-to-fill roles
