We at Medanta, Ranchi are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with kidney-related conditions having expertise in chronic kidney disease, dialysis, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders, along with exposure to renal transplant and related procedures.Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat kidney diseases and related conditionsManage patients undergoing dialysis and monitor treatment plansEvaluate and treat hypertension and fluid/electrolyte imbalancesAssist in pre- and post-operative care of renal transplant patientsSupport and participate in renal transplant procedures and follow-upsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive careEducate patients on kidney health, transplant care, prevention, and treatment optionsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standardsQualifications:DM/DrNB in Nephrology or equivalent specializationValid Medical license/Registration to practiceExposure to renal transplant and related proceduresStrong clinical and diagnostic skills, communication and patient management abilitiesRequired Skills:Strong clinical and diagnostic skillsCommunication and patient management abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience in dialysis and transplant patient managementFamiliarity with advanced nephrology and transplant proceduresCommitment to continuous learning and patient care excellence
