Electric Design Engineer

Design and develop electrical systems including LV/MV systems control panels, and power distribution networks2. Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and electrical schematics3. Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and selection of breakers and protective devices4. Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other electrical design software for system design and analysis5. Understand and interpret client requirements, technical specifications, and project standards6. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and complete technical documentation7. Coordinate with site teams and provide support during installation, testing, and commissioning activities8. Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards and codes such as IEC, IS, IEEE, and NEC9. Participate in design reviews and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesQualificationsExpertise in Design Engineering and Product DesignProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) toolsFoundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering principlesUnderstanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts relevant to electrical systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role or the manufacturing industry is a plus
