Billing Executive / Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining structured billing and stock records.The role requires a hands-on and analytical approach to billing, including reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales, warehouse, and dispatch functions.Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage billing operations using Tally / Excel / billing software - Handle sales and purchase entries with accuracy and accountability - Maintain and monitor stock, invoices, and financial records - Analyze billing data, identify errors/discrepancies, and resolve them proactively - Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams for smooth order execution - Manage professional email communication with clients and vendors - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing aligned with business processesQualifications & Requirements:- Proficiency in billing processes and invoicing systems (Tally / Excel / ERP) - Strong analytical skills to review and interpret billing and transaction data - Practical understanding of distribution / supply chain operations - Good communication and coordination skills - Basic understanding of financial principles and processes - Self-driven, responsible, and ownership-oriented mindset - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration preferred - Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Distribution setup is an added advantage
