You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that fuel international expansion, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability across our platform portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Build and own product-level budgeting, multi-year revenue forecasting, and financial modeling for subscription, usage-based, and performance-based revenue streamsPerform deep product profitability analysis - gross margins, contribution margins, LTV/CAC, unit economics - by product, pricing tier, customer segment, and geographyAnalyze and optimize cloud, AI compute, DSP fees, infrastructure, and operational costs to improve scalability and marginsConduct rigorous variance analysis and provide clear, business-oriented explanations tied to product performance, customer behavior, and market trendsSupport pricing strategy, tier design, promotional modeling, upsell/cross-sell economics, and new product launch financialsRun scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions - new markets, feature investments, customer acquisition channels, and global expansionAct as a trusted cross-functional business partner, translating financial data into recommendations that shape product roadmap, go-to-market, and sales prioritiesDesign and maintain executive KPI dashboards covering revenue growth, churn, retention, margins, ROI, and other critical product & business metricsEvaluate platform CapEx and investment opportunities, delivering strong ROI and payback analysesSupport essential finance operations (AR/AP monitoring, collections, cash flow, payroll compliance, financial reporting) as requiredPre-requisitesBachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance, FP&A, business analysis, or revenue operationsAdvanced Excel skills (required); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) strongly preferredExcellent analytical thinking combined with strong verbal and written communicationHigh attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindsetProactive, strategic thinker who continuously challenges the status quo and drives process excellenceAssertive, people-oriented, and go-getter personality - genuinely hungry to impact revenue and scale a high-growth businessPrior experience in Ad-Tech, SaaS, digital media, technology startups, or product companies is a significant advantageBenefitsHybrid Work ModeFast-growing global Ad-Tech product companyEnergetic, ambitious, and innovative cultureExceptional career acceleration and ownership opportunitiesHow to ApplyEmail your resume to careers@We're looking for someone who wants to own big outcomes in a rapidly internationalizing Ad-Tech business.
