We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to manage and deliver large, complex projects. The role involves ensuring delivery excellence, managing scope and risk, driving service quality and profitability, and providing regular progress updates to leadership. You will also support sales initiatives through innovative solutions and effective stakeholder collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex GRC projects using appropriate frameworks.Manage scope, risk, service quality, timelines, and costs.Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.Act as SME and contribute actively in team discussions and problem-solving.Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC.Strong understanding of risk management frameworks & compliance regulations.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Additional Details:Workplace: BengaluruEducation: 15 years full-time education
