We’re Hiring: Admin Manager – Construction Division | Minu Enhance DevelopersLocation: Ranchi, Jharkhand Organization: Minu Enhance Developers, part of the Minu GroupAbout the CompanyMinu Enhance Developers is a fast-growing real estate and infrastructure company under the Minu Group, known for quality execution, timely delivery, and operational excellence. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee compliance, procurement coordination, and daily operational management for our Construction Division.Key ResponsibilitiesManage RERA compliance, returns, and documentation for all ongoing and upcoming projects. Oversee statutory filings, project records, and regulatory documentation. Assist in purchase coordination – vendor follow-ups, quotation comparisons, order tracking, and material flow. Supervise day-to-day site administration, logistics, and inter-department coordination. Maintain MIS reports, agreements, and operational documentation for management. Ensure timely execution, accountability, and communication between site and HO teams. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project engineers to ensure smooth progress. Monitor inventory, site assets, and petty cash utilization.Candidate ProfileExperience: 3–12 years in Administration, Operations, or Compliance roles — preferably in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure, though candidates from other industries with strong operational exposure will also be considered. Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory). Solid knowledge in MS Office. Solid understanding of RERA processes, compliance, and general administrative frameworks. Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills. Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and ensure execution discipline.
